You can get projects done around your house or business and help the
American Red Cross at the same time through the Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology Greek Community’s “Save The Day” fundraising event on April 9
and May 7.
During both days, Rose-Hulman students will be available to be hired --
for $10 per hour -- to complete a variety of home or business projects.
No task is too big or too small! Project hosts must provide all
materials and equipment.
There is a minimum of two students per project and the task must last at
least one hour. The minimum expense would be $20 per project. Projects
can be assigned on April 9, May 7 or both Saturdays.
Persons should call (812) 877-8472 to place a work order. Each project
must have a contact person, address, e-mail and telephone contacts, and
a description of the project.
All proceeds go to the American Red Cross’ Wabash Valley chapter,
courtesy of Rose-Hulman’s 11 fraternity and sorority organizations.
