Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Leadership Academy is a hands-on experience designed to build each participant's confidence in their ability to lead, awareness of various leadership approaches, and connect with leadership resources and mentors.
Topics covered in this two-and-a-half day intensive workshop include: defining leadership, self-portrait assessment, communication theory, leadership theories, team building, character development, goal setting and personal leadership development.
If you are unable to attend the Leadership Academy you are encouraged to attend all other LAP functions as your schedule allows.
