Permeable Boundaries:
Technology and the Natural World

The conference will be held October 24-26, 2002 on the campus of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute. It will begin on the 24th at 5pm with a reception, and the first keynote address. We hope you will join us for the conference welcome dinner after the keynote address. Concurrent conference sessions will be held throughout Friday and Saturday. The conference will end on Saturday 26th at 5pm.

The registration fee for the conference is $175 ($125 grad students). It includes Thursday night reception, Friday night dinner, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, and one year's membership in the Humanities and Technology Association. All attendees are required to register for the conference.

Payment can be made by personal check (made out to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology) or by credit card (which requires your signature). You will receive a receipt for your registration fee with your conference program.

Please keep the following deadlines in mind:

  • Postmark deadline for registration is May 30 ($175/ $125 grad students)
  • Registration fee after May 30: ($200/$150 for graduate students)
  • On Site Registration: $225
