If you come by plane:
The closest major airport is Indianapolis, which is about 70 miles east of Terre Haute. If you do not rent a car and need to be picked up from the airport, please let us know as soon as you have booked your flight, so we can make arrangements for transportation from and to Indianapolis airport on Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning.

During the duration of the conference, we will provide a shuttle service between the Terre Haute conference hotels and the Rose-Hulman campus.

If you come by car:
All conference hotels are centrally located at the intersection of I-70 and US highway 41. Traveling east (from St. Louis) or west (from Indianapolis) on I-70 take exit no. 7. All hotels are within a quarter mile of the exit. If you approach Terre Haute from the North or South proceed on US highway 41 until you get to I-70 overpass.

We have reserved blocks of rooms for Wednesday (10/23) through Saturday night (10/26) at three hotels. When you make your reservations, please mention the Humanities and Technology Conference to receive the rate quoted below.
