New staff expands business services
Rose-Hulman Ventures is offering expanded business planning and operations services to
client companies as a result of the addition of two new staff. Christopher Hebb and Brad
Kelsheimer have been appointed to the positions of manager of entrepreneurship and
business planning, and manager of business operations respectively.
Hebb works with clients and affiliate firms on business and marketing strategies,
management development and identifying external financing. Hebb has been a consultant in
Bloomington, Ind., where he created business plans and provided marketing research and
analysis for small and medium-sized businesses. He received the MBA from Indiana
University after he earned a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from
Rose-Hulman in 1978.
Kelsheimer is involved with budget development and financial planning for RHV and its
client companies. He is responsible for contractual agreements with clients and other
external parties. Kelsheimer previously served as chief financial officer for General
Housewares Corp. and has worked as a senior auditor at Price Waterhouse in Indianapolis,
Ind. He graduated from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
