Each Senior completes a year long design and testing project working closely with an actual client in an environment designed to be as close to actual working conditions as possible. The design lab is setup in accordance with the students specifications.

ECE 460 Engineering Design I
The first in a sequence of formal design courses that emphasizes completion of a client-driven project using the design process learned in previous courses. Student teams carry a project from inception to completion to satisfy the needs of a client.

ECE 461 Engineering Design II
Continuation of the design project from ECE 460. Offered over two terms; no credit will be granted for the first term alone. Six credits will be granted after completion of the second term.
