Tasks completed:

• Met with Group on Monday
• Met with Gary Adler
• Finally squared computer away, 4 partitions, 2 operating systems, 2 simulated network drives
• Tried to work with macros using given passwords with no success
• Experimented with various dialogs and menu interfaces using lotus script

Total time spent this week: 5 hours 15 minutes

Unfinished tasks:

• Meet with programming group and establish plan of attack
• Subdivide workload
• Meet with Testing Team
• Create project outline in MSProject

Estimated amount of time to complete unfinished tasks: 2 hour 30 minutes

Problems, concerns, possible major risks, and general comments:

• We finally have all of the software and computer systems needed.
  • In this next week I believe we can make a lot of progress namely towards:
  • repairing the macros
  • setting up the testing macros using lotus script
  • establishing sub-project plans using Microsoft Project

• We have reached a point where all groups can start working at 100% capacity
