PH Phonebook search is now permanently offline.  A web-based replacement of the service is available at <A HREF="http://www.rose-hulman.edu/search.html">http://www.rose-hulman.edu/search.html</A> for names and usernames.  You may also use the Outlook Addressbook for much of the information contained in PH.
