Lobo Chapter Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Cecil Lobo chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers has been named the 2008 Robert Ridgway Award Winner. The Robert Ridgway Award is the recognition of the nation's best chapter based on outstanding community service, professional activities, campus service and chapter performance reports.
