Our office uses the eRecruiting system to manage our employer contacts, post job announcements to students, and coordinate on-campus interviews. Most companies choose to work directly with one of our staff members to post jobs to the system and coordinate schedules for interviews, but as an employer you do have the option to explore the system yourself. Linking directly to Rose-Hulman through eRecruiting will allow you to post and view your jobs openings, view your interview schedules, accept or decline applicants for interviews online, and view all campus events scheduled for your company. If you wish to have us post your jobs for you, you can email the following information to Dawn Miller at Dawn.Miller@rose-hulman.edu. Please submit this information for each job you wish to post:

• Your Name, Email Address and Phone Number

• Your Company's Name, Full Mailing Address and Website URL

• A brief company description

• Job Title

• Job Location

• Job Type (i.e. Full-time, Summer Internship, Co-op)

• Job Description

• Class of Candidates (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Master's Candidate)

• Majors Desired (see bottom of page)

• GPA Requirement if desired or required

• Application Method: We use the eRecruiting system to post all positions to our current students. It is a highly automated system. When students apply to your position, you can receive their resumes in a variety of ways. Please indicate how you wish to receive your resume bundle:

1. Retrieve resumes by logging in (only an option if you are "linked" into the Experience system

2. Receive an email as each application is submitted

3. Receive an email at the end of your job posting with all applicant resumes included

4. Other (please give detailed information on how they can apply)

While many of our services focus specifically on our current student population, we do provide services to our alumni population as well. If you are looking for more experienced candidates to meet your hiring needs, we can post your job announcements in our Alumni system, which is separate from the eRecruiting system that we use for current students. We are unable to do resume searches of our alumni, but many companies have had great success in reaching our alumni through our system.
