Registration Deadline: Friday January 10th

(information must be received by the 16th for inclusion in the fair booklet.)

Cost to attend: $175.00

 

You will receive email acknowledgement when your registration is received. An official confirmation and invoice will be sent following the conclusion of our Fall Career Fair.

 

The participation fee for the Winter Career Fair is $175.00 and includes:

  • attendance for 3 company representatives

  • a buffet lunch and drink service throughout the event

  • an 8 ft. table and 2 chairs for displays and literature

Your registration fee of $175.00 includes attendance for 3 representatives. Additional representatives may attend at a cost of $20.00 per person. Please contact Alison Fell at fell@rose-hulman.edu if you wish to bring more than 3 representatives to the fair and she will adjust your invoice and be sure to include the additional representatives in your profile.

Extra Booth Space:

Occasionally, companies may find that having extra space at their booth is beneficial, either because of the number of representatives that they wish to bring, or the size of their displays, etc. If you wish to have an extra table and chairs at our event, you can elect to request one at an additional charge of $50.00. This will also allow you to bring three additional representatives if you choose. Please check the box below if you wish to reserve a double table space and then let Alison Fell know at fell@rose-hulman.edu if there will be any additional representatives.
