    Winter 2010 Career Fair Registration Form
 
 Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 11:00am to 4:00pm

Registration deadline is January 18th.

Fee to participate: $125.00

 

You will receive email acknowledgement when your registration is received. An official confirmation and invoice will be sent following the conclusion of our Fall Career Fair.

 

The participation fee for the Winter Career Fair is $125.00 and includes:

  • attendance for 3 company representatives

  • a buffet lunch and drink service throughout the event

  • an 8 ft. table and 2 chairs for displays and literature

Note: If you have registered for/attended the 2009 Fall Career Fair, you are eligible for a $50.00 discount!

Your registration fee of $125.00 includes attendance for 3 representatives. Additional representatives may attend at a cost of $20.00 per person. Please contact Charity Mouck at cmouck@rose-hulman.edu if you wish to bring more than 3 representatives to the fair and she will adjust your invoice and be sure to include the additional representatives in your profile.

Extra Booth Space:

Occasionally, companies may find that having extra space at their booth is beneficial, either because of the number of representatives that they wish to bring, or the size of their displays, etc. If you wish to have an extra table and chairs at our event, you can elect to request one at an additional charge of $50.00. This will also allow you to bring three additional representatives if you choose. Please check the box below if you wish to reserve a double table space and then let Charity Mouck know at cmouck@rose-hulman.edu if there will be any additional representatives.
