The Alumni Mentoring Program (AMP) provides students with access to alumni currently working in their field of study. The hope is that participating alumni will provide advice, guidance and networking opportunities to the students with whom they are paired. Through the pairing of an alumni and a current student, the student will have the chance to learn about someone else’s years at Rose-Hulman and ways to succeed. The student will also be able to learn about possible career interests or other post-college opportunities that might be available. At the same time, the student will be able to inform the alumni about what is going on around campus.
