Career: Kali gained experience last fall as a freshman to earn a varsity letter.
2012: Appeared in 11 sets and 10 matches...had 16 digs and four kills...smashed a career-high two kills against Millikin...had seven digs against Principia and three digs against both Earlham and Franklin...recorded her first career assist at Franklin and her first service ace against Principia.
At Rose-Hulman: Serves as co-chair for Women Exploring Engineering in the Society of Women Engineers organization...member of the Alpha Chi Sigma honor fraternity and the Chi Omega sorority.
High School: Four-year starter and two-year team captain for a squad that won the Academic Team state championship in Florida in 2010 and was runner-up in 2011...won the team Coach’s Award...Shark Invitational all-tournament team captain...eight year National Team club volleyball starter...club team Coach’s Award in 2010 and 2011...four-year varsity track and field runner and two-year team captain...set five school records, including three hurdles and two relay events...state qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles in 2010 and regional qualifier in the 1,600 relay three times...academic all-state selection in both sports...Salutatorian...Top Engineering Student of the Year...speaker at Graduation...chosen as Most Likely to Succeed...served nearly 1,000 community service hours.
