746-westTOP 25 DUAL MEET RANKINGS

TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's track and field team stands No. 7 nationally and No. 1 in the Great Lakes Region in this week's NCAA Division III Track and Field Team Dual Meet Rankings, in the weekly poll released today.

The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Dual Meet Rankings list Rose-Hulman 7th overall with 124.52 points.

Wabash College stands No. 11 nationally and No. 2 in the Great Lakes Region with 119.84 points.

The USTFCCA uses a criteria that evaluates the top two performances in each event that is conducted at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Indoor National Championships and assigns a numerical value based upon the quality of the mark to determine the dual meet rankings.

Senior Greg Larmore (Deerfield, Ill.) led a strong performance last weekend at the Engineer Invitational with a weight throw school record (54' 10 3/4").

Other regionally ranked marks this season include senior Collin Crowson (Dublin, Ohio/Jerome) in the pole vault (15' 3"), senior Jeremiah Edwards (Indianapolis/Lawrence North) in the 60-meter dash (7.02 seconds), senior Travis Stallings (Cincinnati, Ohio/Colerain) in the long jump (22' 10") and sophomore Stuart West (La Porte) in the mile run (4:26.36).

Rose-Hulman returns to action at Ohio Northern University on Saturday.
