TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology stands 10-4 on the women's tennis season following a
narrow 5-4 loss to Principia on Saturday.
Rose-Hulman picked up two points in doubles play to lead the performance.
The No. 1 team of sophomore Marie Stettler (Edgerton, Wis./Senior) and junior Melissa Montgomery (Alexandria/Monroe) and the No. 3 team of sophomore Lauren Reberger (Brazil/Northview) and freshman Kylie McCollum (Lee's Summit, Mo./West) paced the doubles effort.
McCollum joined sophomore Paige Cook (Terre Haute/North) with a victory in singles play.
Rose-Hulman hosts nationally ranked DePauw on Sunday at noon.
