Kentucky Wesleyan Tops Rose-Hulman Women's Tennis

Sackett1OAKLAND CITY, IND. -- NCAA Division II Kentucky Wesleyan College knocked Rose-Hulman from the unbeaten ranks with a 5-4 women's tennis victory on Sunday.
  
Junior Sage Sackett (Kalamazoo, Mich./Mattawan) earned wins at the No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles positions to lead the effort.
 
Winners for the Engineers also included sophomore Marie Stettler (Edgerton, Wis.) and sophomore Paige Cook (Terre Haute/North) in singles play and junior Melissa Montgomery (Alexandria/Monroe) in the doubles match with Sackett.
 
Rose-Hulman stands 2-1 on the season and returns to action against Bluffton University on Saturday.
