Trine Rallies to Top Rose-Hulman Men's Tennis

AdamANGOLA, IND. -- Trine University rallied from an early deficit with five singles wins to top Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 6-3 in men's tennis action on Saturday.

Freshman Georges Adam (Barueri, Brazil/Colegio Pentagono) led the Rose-Hulman effort by winning at the No. 2 singles position, and teaming with freshman Brandon Benedict (Indianapolis/Perry Meridian) for a victory at No. 1 doubles.

The No. 3 doubles tandem of sophomore Erin Miller (Stamping Ground, Ky./Scott County) and junior Ray Montgomery (Terre Haute/South Vigo) also earned a victory for the Engineers.

Rose-Hulman (0-4) opens its home schedule against Defiance College on Friday night in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference opener.
