CRAWFORDSVILLE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology placed sixth of eight teams in the Kerry Seward Men's Tennis Invitational, hosted by Wabash College on Saturday and Sunday.
Due to cold temperatures, the tournament was split between Wabash and DePauw University.
Sophomore Devon Fritz (Lakeside, Calif./West
Hills) led the Engineers with a fourth place finish at the
No. 3 singles position.
Seniors David Becerra (Brownsburg) (pictured) and Seth Hendrickson (Crawfordsville) placed fifth at the No. 2 and No. 4 singles positions to provide depth.
Rose-Hulman returns to action with home matches against Transylvania University and Manchester College on Saturday at the on-campus Joy Hulbert Tennis Center. Play begins at 9 a.m.
