TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology hits the road for the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Swimming Championships on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Wheaton College.
The Fightin' Engineers finished fourth in the CCIW Championships last season after placing third in the event the previous four years.
Action begins at 10:30 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with preliminary round competitions. Event finals are scheduled for 6 p.m. Central Time each evening. Freshman Sam Gould (Greencastle/South Putnam) swept the one- and three-meter diving titles last week, and Josh Maurer (Kokomo/Western) placed second and fifth.
On the women's side, freshman Regen Foote (Jasper) added two all-conference honors with third-place efforts in one- and three-meter diving. Senior Nicole Richardson (Janesville, Wis./George Parker) came home second and fourth in the two disciplines last weekend at Illinois Wesleyan.
