746-huster-wolfersbNAPERVILLE, Ill. - Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology senior John Huster (Terre Haute/North) and freshman Stephanie Wolfersberger (Whiteland) have been named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Swimmers of the Week, in results released by the league office.

Huster helped lead the Engineers to a near upset of nationally-ranked DePauw on Saturday. He finished the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:04.61 and the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 51.07 seconds. He also completed the back leg of the 200-medley relay in 24.3 seconds and recorded a 21.1 second split on the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Wolfersberger won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.74 in a dual meet with nationally ranked DePauw on Saturday.  She also compiled a season-best time of 56.83 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle to place third.

The diving portion of the squad returns to action at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Diving Invitational next Saturday at Illinois Wesleyan.  The swimming teams compete in the CCIW Championships at Wheaton College on Feb. 14-16.
