TERRE HAUTE, IND. --
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology placed four players on the
all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer team,
in results released by the league office today.
Seniors Eli Baca (Santa Fe, N.M.) and
Molly Richardson (Orange Park, Fla./St. John's Country
Day) captured first-team all-conference honors.
Senior Ame Turner (Evansville/North)
joined junior Julie Brennan (Indianapolis/Pike)
(pictured) on the second-team all-league squad.
Baca, a first-team all-league honoree for the third
consecutive year, led the Engineers with 10 goals and 26 points
this season. Her career totals include 28 goals and 12
assists for 68 points.
Baca stands sixth in school history with her 28 goals and
seventh all-time with 68 points.
Richardson caps her career as the first Rose-Hulman
women's soccer player to earn four first-team all-conference honors
during her career.
Richardson scored eight goals with 21 points
this season to complete her career ranked third in school history
with 52 goals and second all-time with 128 points.
Turner earned the second all-conference award of her
career, after capturing second-team honors as a freshman. Her
career totals included 54 matches played at the defender position,
including 18 appearances this season.
Brennan claimed second-team all-conference accolades for
the third consecutive year as the team's goalkeeper. She
finished with a 2.55 goals against average and 96 saves, including
a pair of shutouts, in 2010.
Brennan stands as the career school record holder for
saves (226) and ranks second all-time with 23 victories in
goal. She has a career goals against average of
Rose-Hulman finished 7-12 overall and placed sixth in the
Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference standings this
