Eric enters his first year on the Fightin' Engineer coaching staff this fall after completing his Rose-Hulman playing career as a goalkeeper for some of the top teams in school history.
Davenport ranks fifth in Rose-Hulman history with a 1.40 goals against average and completed a civil engineering degree last spring.
The 2008 and 2011 squads also made the first NCAA Tournament appearances in school history. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and has entered the Rose-Hulman master's program.
