Clint Vatterrodt Claims All-Region Honors

Vatterodt2TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology junior Clint Vatterrodt (Bloomington, Ill./ University) earned a spot on the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Performance Subaru All-Great Lakes Region in NCAA Division III in results released today.

Vatterodt finished second in the HCAC with 10 goals and five assists, and tied for conference high honors with 25 points to earn third-team all-region honors.  His efforts included one game winning score and 10 goals in 41 shots.

Vatterrodt ranks seventh in Rose-Hulman history with 19 career goals and stands eighth all-time with 52 points.

Vatterrodt earned the 10th Rose-Hulman all-region men's soccer award since 2005 with his effort.

Rose-Hulman compiled its sixth consecutive winning season at 8-7-4 overall and finished 5-2-2 in league play.  The Fightin' Engineers have compiled a 20-2-3 mark in conference play during the playing career of Vatterrodt.
