Rifle Crosses 4,300 Points at Nationally Ranked Akron

R LogoAKRON, OHIO  -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology scored 4,341 points in competition with nationally ranked rifle programs Akron and Ohio State on Saturday. 

Junior Evan Duvall (Smyrna, Tenn.) led the squad with 1,114 points, including 563 in air rifle.  Junior Adam Foss (Fort Wayne/Concordia Lutheran) contributed a score of 1,101 points, with a balanced 551 in air rifle and 550 in smallbore.

Sophomore Allie Carlson (Goose Creek, S.C./Patch American) finished third on the squad with 1,087 points, including 547 in air rifle.

Rose-Hulman returns to action at the NCAA Regional Qualifier at Ohio State on Feb. 16.
