RICHMOND, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology finished second at the Earlham College Women's Cross
Country Invitational on Saturday.
Senior Creasy Clauser (Crawfordsville/Southmont) led the Rose-Hulman effort with a third place effort in 20:57.
Junior Ryann-Rebecca Montgomery (Lafayette, La./Espiscopal School of Acadiana) came home just behind in a time of 21:00 for fourth place.
Junior Katherine Moravec (Seymour) contributed a time of 21:59 to place 12th individually. Sophomore Anna Taylor (Owensboro, Ky./Apollo) finished 16th in 22:25, with freshman Madison Thompson (Winthrop Harbor, Ill./Zion-Benton) just behind in 22:26.
Rose-Hulman returns to action at the Gibson Family Pre-National Meet next Saturday at the LaVern Gibson Course. The Fightin' Engineers will host the NCAA Division III National Championships on Nov. 17.
