Women's Cross Country Places 10th at Intercollegiates

COMPLETE RESULTS

BLOOMINGTON, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's cross country team placed 10th in the Little State competition at the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet held on Friday at Indiana University.

Junior Creasy Clauser (Crawfordsville/Southmont) finished 79th overall with a time of 20:18 to lead Rose-Hulman's overall effort.

Freshman Nicole Gonzalez (Camarillo, Calif.) came home second among Engineers and 108th overall in a time of 21:18.  Sophomore Katherine Moravec (Seymour) came in just behind with a time of 21:22.

Senior Shannon Butler (Huntley, Ill.) contributed a time of 22:34 to the effort, and sophomore Claire Stark (Geneva, Ill./St. Francis) rounded out the team score with a time of 23:02.

Rose-Hulman returns to action at Earlham College on October 1.
