Women's Cross Country Finish Sixth at Wabash Hokum Karem


CRAWFORDSVILLE, IND. -- The women's cross country team finished sixth at the 49th annual Hokum Karem Relay Race. 

The relay race is based on the top three results of two person teams. 

The Engineers were led by the team of junior Creasy Clauser (Crawfordsville, Ind./Southmont) and sophomore Katherine Moravec (Seymour, Ind.) with a time of 24:54.

The pairings of senior Shannon Butler (Huntley, Ill.) and freshman Anna Taylor (Owensboro, Ky./Apollo) (27:13) and sophomore Claire Stark (Geneva, Ill./St. Francis Prep) and freshman Nicole Gonzalez (Camarillo, Calif.) (27:42) contributed to the effort.

The team returns to action Saturday as they travel to Hanover to compete in the Hanover Invitational.
