HANOVER, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's basketball season came to an end with a 71-50 loss to Transylvania University in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament action on Friday.

Senior Donna Marsh (Mobile, Ala./Baker) (pictured) paced the Rose-Hulman offense with 14 points and 11 rebounds.  Marsh capped her career with 1,067 points, 896 rebounds and a school record 295 blocked shots.

Junior Alisa Dickerson (Elizabethtown, Ky.) added nine points, seven rebounds and a team-high four assists for the Engineers.

Other key contributors included sophomore Lauren Meadows (Indianapolis/Brebeuf) with nine points; senior Nicole Klass (Evansville/North) with seven points; and junior Kelsey Ploof (Noblesville) with seven points and six rebounds.

Holly Milburn paced the Transylvania offense with 20 points, and Olivia Akridge added 15 for the Pioneers.

Rose-Hulman capped the season with a 10-15 record for a six-game improvement over the previous season.  Transylvania moved to 19-7 and squares off with Franklin College on Saturday in the HCAC Tournament Semifinal.
