FRANKLIN, IND. -- Nationally ranked Franklin College improved to 15-1 on the season with a 64-38 women's basketball victory over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Wednesday night.

Franklin placed three players in double figures, led by Jessica Prewett with 12 points.  Krista Schott added 11 and Sarah Condra pitched in with 10.

Senior Alisa Dickerson (Elizabethtown, Ky.) led all scorers with game-highs of 19 points and five steals.  Sophomore Kelsey Ploof (Noblesville) added eight points for the Fightin' Engineers. 

Dickerson and Ploof also added seven rebounds each.  Freshman Sheree Williams (Bluffton, S.C.) pitched in with four points, three rebounds and one assist.

No. 17 ranked Franklin shot 45% from the field in the first half and held Rose-Hulman to 24% to build a 32-15 edge at the break. 

The Engineers were unable to close within single digits in the second half against the Grizzly defense.

Rose-Hulman stands 5-11 overall and 3-6 in league play, while Franklin improved to 15-1 and 8-1 in conference matchups.  The Fightin' Engineers return to action at Bluffton University on Saturday.
