Jim Shaw to Speak at IBCA Coaches Clinic April 26

ShawTERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology head men's basketball coach Jim Shaw will serve as a featured speaker at the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Spring Clinic on April 26 in Indianapolis.

Shaw joins a select group of coaches in the promotional materials for the IBCA Clinic.  Other featured speakers include Greg Lansing (Indiana State), Todd Lickliter (Marian), Stephanie White (Indiana Fever), Greg Tonagel (Indiana Wesleyan) and Jason Delaney (Indianapolis Tech).

Shaw recently completed his 20th season at Rose-Hulman and has led the Fightin' Engineers to six NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, five regular season conference championships and four conference tournament titles.  He ranks second in school history with 303 wins (303-221 career record) including NCAA Division III Tournament appearances in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

In addition, Shaw has been recognized as league Coach of the Year five times during his career.  The 2013 team also led the nation in scoring defense, allowing less than 52 points per game.
