Research opportunities exist for students interested in exploring the development of Six-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing project components.  Students will work with local and regional industrial partners to develop learning activities from real-world processes that illustrate the theoretical and practical concepts of Lean Six Sigma.  More specifically, the results of this research project will produce documentation and training material that will allow Science, Engineering, and Mathematics students at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology to acquire Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In addition, the student researchers will acquire Green Belt Certification.
