How to Apply
First you need to have a project and an advisor. (See Information for Students on how to do this.)
Grant Proposal
If you are applying for an IP/ROP Grant to support your work:

Monday, Week 2

Email an IP/ROP Grant proposal to Dr. Olson by noon. Also submit a signed hard copy to Paula Duggins in C103 Moench Hall by noon.

Your proposal will be reviewed by a faculty panel

| Sept 20 |
Friday
|
You will be notified about the funding decision by noon
|
If you would like to renew your grant for a second quarter, contact Drs. Olson or Onyancha for the (simpler) procedure.
Best Student Project Travel Awards
If you are applying for a Best Student Project Travel Award to present your work to external audiences:
May 14

Tuesday, Week 10
|
Submit a hard copy Best Student Project Travel Award application to Paula Duggins in C103 Moench by noon

Your application will be reviewed by a faculty panel

| May 17 |
Friday, Week 10
|
You will be notified about the funding decision during the End-of-Quarter Symposium. You must attend the End-of-Quarter Symposium (even if you are not presenting a poster).
