We require all exchange students be enrolled in an insurance plan provided by Rose-Hulman. Our plan meets the U.S. government’s insurance requirements for the J-1 exchange program. Enrollment in the plan is mandatory. Students will be charged the applicable fee on their Rose-Hulman student invoice. Immunization Records and Health Services
Prior to arrival, you will need to submit your immunization records to the staff inHealth Services.You’ll also need to provide medical records showing current immunizations for tetanus, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), and polio virus. Students from abroad are also required to have a TB skin test performed by Health Services upon their arrival oncampus. The fee for this test is $5.
The forms are available to download on the Health Services Forms website. Look under the heading “Exchange Students.” Once you have completed all the forms, please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
