Sharon Sauer

Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering

Dr. Sharon Sauer is an expert in thermodynamics and property methods, statistical mechanics-based equations of state and modeling transport systems. She is the faculty advisor for Chi Omega, Rose-Hulman’s first sorority, is an award-winning faculty representative to the American Society for Engineering Education, and has industry experience working for Shell Oil Company and as a consultant for ConocoPhillips. Dr. Sauer also teaches a course on energy and the environment.
