The Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering invites applications for tenure-track and visiting faculty positions beginning August 2012. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications. The department offers B.S. degrees in software engineering and computer science, as well as an M.S. in software engineering. Both undergraduate programs are ABET accredited and the graduate program is based on the new Graduate Software Engineering Reference Curriculum.

Rose-Hulman professors are outstanding teachers, and they are part of the reason the school is ranked #1 among undergraduate engineering colleges by U.S. News and World Report for the 13th year running. A coeducational, primarily undergraduate college of engineering, science and mathematics, Rose-Hulman is also highly selective.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, a resume, a statement on their teaching philosophy, and a statement on their professional development goals to our careers website. Three recommendation letters should be submitted by the applicant's references through the same website. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
