Install size: ~2,040MB for Full, ~1,080MB for Minimal, ~675MB for MATLAB only

Installation Instructions
- Login as Localmgr. (Instructions Here)
- Click Start->Run and type \\rose-hulman.edu\dfs\software
- Enter your username and password if prompted
- Double click Course Software -> Matlab -> MATLAB_R2009a
- There are three installation scripts prepared to simplify the MATLAB installation by automatically providing the necessaary responses to the MATLAB installer. These scripts are:
- Full Install.bat to install all RHIT licensed MATLAB products
- Minimal Install.bat to install MATLAB, SIMULINK, Control Toolbox, Signal Processing Blockset and Signal Processing Toolbox
- MATLAB Only Install.bat to install only MATLAB and no other products
To install MATLAB plus all RHIT licensed products and toolboxes
- Copy Full Install.bat to your desktop
- On your desktop, double click Full Install.bat
- The installation process will begin
To install only MATLAB, Simulink, Control System Toolbox, Signal Processing Blockset and Signal Processing Toolbox
- Copy Minimal Install.bat to your desktop
- On your desktop, double click Minimum Install.bat
- The installation process will begin
To install only MATLAB and NO toolboxes
- Copy MATLAB Only Install.bat to your desktop
- On your desktop, double click MATLAB Only Install.bat
- The installation process will begin
To install Matlab with custom options (this allows you to choose which toolboxes to install) OR to install additional toolboxes, follow these setps
- The File Installation Key is located in \\rose-hulman.edu\dfs\Software\Course Software\Matlab\MATLAB_R2009a\fik.txt. Open this file in Notepad and copy the key into the clipboard.
- Double click fik.txt to open the file
- From the main menu select Edit->Select All and then select Edit->Copy
- Double click setup or setup.exe to begin the installation
- MathWorks Installer dialog box.
- Select the Install manually without using the Internet radio button.
- Click Next to continue.
- License Agreement dialog box.
- Select the Yes radio button to accept The MathWorks license agreement.
- Click Next to continue.
- File Installation Key dialog box.
- Select the I have the File Installation Key for my license radio button.
- Paste the File Installation Key from the file
- Click Next to continue.
- Installation Type Dialog box.
- Select the Custom radio button.
- Click Next to continue.
- Folder Selection dialog box.
- Click Next to accept the default folder and to continue.
- Production Selection dialog box.
- Select the product(s) you want to install. There should be a checkmark in check box to the left of the product.
- Make sure products you do not want to install are unchecked, e.g. License Manager
- Click Next to continue.
- License File dialog box.
- Enter \\rose-hulman.edu\dfs\software \Course Software\Matlab\MATLAB_R2009a\license.dat as the full path to the license file.
- You may also click on the Browse button to navigate to the license file.
- Click Next to continue.
- Installation Options dialog box.
- Click Next to accept the default installation options and to continue.
- Confirmation dialog box.
- Review the installation settings, and if they are acceptable, click Install to continue.
