PDF Annotator

PDF Annotator allows a user to open any PDF file and add annotations, using the mouse or a Tablet PC pen, directly on the PDF file pages. The document can then be saved back to PDF format. PDF Annotator is available from \\rose-hulman.edu\dfs\Software\Apps\PDF Annotator.
