Is there a place PHP can write to or one onto which to upload a file and use PHP to read it?

To start using your web page, begin with the Getting Started link.

Personal web pages are located in a user's account, under the Public/HTML directory. By placing files into this directory, a user's web page can be accessed by going to http://www.rose-hulman.edu/~username, where username is the user's username used to log onto Rose-Hulman's network.
