Configuring Duplex Printers
After you have setup direct printing, you may need to setup duplex printing on each printer you have installed.
To setup a printer to duplex print jobs
- Select a printer in Printers and Faxes.
- Click File -> Properties.
- Select the Device Settings tab.
- Find the Duplex Unit setting under Installable Options.
- Change the Duplex Unit setting to Installed.
- Find the Printer Hard Disk setting.
- Change the Printer Hard Disk setting to Installed.
- Find the Total Printer Memory setting.
- Change the Total Printer Memory setting to 72 MB or more.
- Click Apply.
- Select the General tab.
- Click Printing Preferences.
- Select Flip on Long Edge under Print on Both Sides.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
