AFS Backups

The entire AFS file system is backed up once a day. Home folder backups are located in a directory called OldFiles which will be in the root of the users home folder (EX: username/OldFiles). While all other folders and files are backed up nightly, only IAIT staff can restore them. If you wish to restore a folder or file to a previous version please contact IAIT with the directory name, the files or folder you wish to restore, and the approximate date to which you wish to restore back to.
