Alternate VPN Connection Using PPTP

If you running an operating system other than Windows XP, the Nortel VPN client is not available for your operating system. The alternative is to connect to the VPN server using PPTP. The PPTP VPN connection is less secure than IPSEC (used by the Nortel client), so you should try to use the Nortel VPN client where possible. This method of connecting to the VPN is not supported by IAIT, except for iPAQs and similar PocketPCs.
