Network Device Registration

All network devices must be capable of obtaining an IP address via DHCP. It is additionally required that the device be registered with IAIT. There are several ways to register a network device.

  1. If the device has the capability of browsing the web, it can utilize the Auto-Registration system. To use this, attach the device to the network, open a web browser, and follow the instructions on the page displayed.
  2. The DHCP Registration Tool is currently unavilable.
  3. Please contact the IAIT Help Desk at extension 8989 or helpdesk@rose-hulman.edu if you need assistance determining the device's MAC address or registering the device.
