Main Level

Main Dining Room (HMU 216)
Floor to ceiling windows still allow the outside into this room. It has oak flooring.
The dining capacity of the room is 300 people. More people can be seated if the tile area is used.
There are not enough similar chairs in the building to set this room for theater seating beyond 350. This room is only available when student meals are not being served.
An overhead sound system is available.
Limited general stage lighting is available.
The Kahn Room ( HMU 233)
Robert Kahn (HMU 233B)(east side, right)
Louise Kahn (HMU 233A)(west side, left)
The room can be separated with a floor to ceiling room divider.
The entire room will seat 150 at round tables with 6 chairs at each table. (No room for a head table or buffet, or DJ etc.)
Theater seating for 200 - 250.
Each side will seat 100.
The east side contains a large projection screen.
Phone jacks are available.
Opaque blinds can be used to cover the windows
Very limited general stage lighting is available.
Overhead sound system is available.
The Heritage Room (formerly the  Alumni Room, Room 265)
This room contains antique furniture. Space for tables and chairs is limited. This is a great room for a small reception or luncheon (16 people max.)
Phone jack is available.
The Performing Arts Room (Room 263)
This room contains no residual furniture and will be setup to meet your needs.
Maximum capacity with tables and chairs is 60 people (for comfort).
Theater seating capacity is approx. 75 - 80.
Phone jack is available.
The Music Room (Room 268)
Organs and pianos can be found in this room.
Small luncheons or meetings can be held in this room. Maximum with tables and chairs is about 25 people.
Phone jack is available.
The Reading Room (Room 262)
This room has a few pieces of antique furniture housed in it.
Luncheon or meeting capacity is approx. 14.
Theater seating capacity is about 25 people.

Conference Room (Room 257)
The conference room contains a large conference table with 14 chairs around it. Upon completion it will contain a marker board on the wall.
Phone and data jacks are located in this room.
Faculty Dining Room (Room 217)
This room is used Monday. - Friday when school is in session.
A great view of the Alumni Center construction is provided through the walls of windows on the north and east sides of this room. It contains a phone jack.
Seating at tables and chairs is normally 80. Rearranged the room can accommodate 100.
I'm guessing that theater seating would be approximately 120.
