Get your questions concerning RHIT student health insurance answered by the staff.

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. RESIDENCE HALL CHECK-IN

Resident students and their parents will check in at the student's assigned residence hall.

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION

In front of Deming Hall on the east end
Stop by the Parents’ Association tent to get a snow cone and get information from experienced parents.

3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. CAMPUS TOURS

Patio, Hulman Union
Tours of the campus will be given by upperclassmen leaving from the Union patio near the umbrella tables every fifteen minutes beginning at 3:00 p.m.

7:30 p.m. NACHO AVERAGE BINGO

Vonderschmidt Dining Room, Hulman Union
This fun event will give parents time to get to know one another and have fun playing bingo for prizes while enjoying nachos.

Meet the leaders of the Rose-Hulman Parents’ Association and here about the events scheduled during this academic year: Dad’s Day, Homecoming, and Mom’s Day. All Rose parents are automatically members of the Parents’ Association.

Commuting students and their parents will check in at the lower level of the Student Union Building in the Student Affairs Office.

If you have sent in your reservations and payment your name will be on the reservation list as you enter the dining room. If you don’t have reservations you can pay as you go through the line. Please report at your assigned time to keep waiting to a minimum. Dining Services will be serving many more people than our facilities are designed to handle. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.

This is free time for students and parents to visit and experience a typical meal. Parents are free to leave but may stay for dinner if they would like. If you’d like to join your student for dinner you may pay as you go through the line.
