Please note -- You must enter your points on SimplyWell's website within 90 days of an event in order to be eligible for the points.

Please note: You do not have to participate in on-campus activities to earn points. Community events may also count toward wellness events.

   

 

Examples of activities that could count as a wellness event include (but are not limited to):

5k Run/Walk (Sponsored by RHIT or on an individual basis)

SimplyWell Walking Session

Date: Thursday, June 6th

Where: Hadley Hall Circle

Time: 10:00 - 10:50 a.m.

 

We will be walking around campus. Please bring a pair of comfortable shoes. We'll check in at the circle in Hadley Hall and then your route is your choice! In case of inclimate weather, we will walk indoors around the academic buildings.

 

SimplyWell Walking Session

Date: Tuesday, June 11th

Where: Heritage Trail

Time: 3:00 - 3:50 p.m.

 

We will be walking on the Heritage Trail. Please bring a pair of comfortable shoes. We'll check in at the bleachers at the football stadium and then we will walk the Heritage Trail! In case of inclimate weather, we will walk indoors around the SRC.
