Top Doubles Team Claims Victory to Lead 8-1 Loss to Bellarmine

TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- The freshman doubles tandem of Maritza Gonzalez (Vancouver, Wash.) and Kristin Wilson (Lake Zurich, Ill.) highlighted the Engineer women's tennis efforts in an 8-1 loss to Bellarmine University at the Wabash Valley Tennis Center on Saturday.

Gonzalez and Wilson captured an 8-4 victory at the No. 2 doubles position, while Bellarmine swept the singles play to earn the team win.

Rose-Hulman dropped to 0-4 on the season and hosts Earlham College on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Joy Hulbert Center.
