TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology women's soccer team placed six players on the
all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, led by four
first-team honorees.
Seniors Jen Lyman (Irwin, Pa./Penn Trafford)
and Liz Ridgway (Grosse Pointe, Mich./Northwestern
University) joined sophomores Eli Baca (Santa Fe, N.M.)
and Molly Richardson (Orange Park, Fla./St. John's
Country Day) as first-team all-conference choices.
Sophomore Annmarie Stanley (Warrenville,
Ill./Rosary) and freshman Julie Brennan
(Indianapolis/Pike) claimed second-team honors.
Lyman ranks seventh in school history with 50
career points after a season that featured nine goals and 12
assists. The civil engineering major ranked third on the
team in scoring this season and ranks eighth in school history
with 15 career goals and fourth all-time with 20 assists.

Ridgway scored the second most goals in a season
in school history this fall with 19 scores and 44 points.
The civil engineering major set another mark with four goals
against Earlham and St. Mary-of-the-Woods and stands fifth in
school history with 33 goals and 19 assists at Rose-Hulman.
Baca started every game for the Engineers and
ranked fifth on the team with seven goals and 15 points as a
defender. The software engineering major helped key a
Rose-Hulman attack that allowed just 1.65 scores per game.
Richardson tied for team-high honors with 44
points on 18 goals and eight assists. The civil
engineering major ranks fourth in school history with 35 career
goals, including 14 career game winning goals. Her total
of 83 points also ranks fifth in school history.

Stanley led the HCAC with 13 assists this season
to rank among the national top 10 for most of the season.
The computer engineering major also ranks third in school
history with 22 assists in two years of play.
Brennan paced the Engineer goalkeeping efforts
with a 9-4 record and a 1.06 goals against average. The
mechanical engineering made 39 saves at a .780 percentage with a
pair of shutouts in her first year of college soccer.
Rose-Hulman finished 12-7 under first-year head
coach Emily Hakeman for its seventh straight winning season as a
program. The Engineers tied for third place in the
conference standings with a 5-3 mark in HCAC play.
