CRAWFORDSVILLE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology opened the season with a strong third-place team
effort at the Wabash Hokum Karem.
The tandem of senior Melissa Rogers
(Crawfordsville/Southmont) and freshman Creasy Clauser
(Crawfordsville/Southmont) placed third individually in the
team event in their hometown. The duo combined for a time
of 23:08.
The tandem of freshman Katie Ross
(Connersville) and senior Amanda Lundahl (Lake Forest,
Ill.) placed 10th overall in a time of 24:44.
Senior Corrie Campbell (Pittsburgh, Pa./Fox
Chapel) teamed up with sophomore Shannon Butler (Huntley,
Ill.) for a 26th place finish in a time of 26:59 to round
out the team score.
Rose-Hulman returns to action at the Indiana
Intercollegiate Meet at the Bird-Gibson Course on Sept. 18.
