Eric Myers and the Fightin' Engineers had their nine-match winning streak snapped at DePauw.

BOX SCORE

GREENCASTLE, IND. -- DePauw University scored the lone goal of the match to snap Rose-Hulman's school record nine-game winning streak and earn a 1-0 men's soccer win on a rainy Tuesday night.

Christopher Lee scored the lone goal in the 13th minute and the Tiger defensive effort held Rose-Hulman off the scoreboard in heavy rain and cold conditions.

Sophomore Clint Vatterrodt (Bloomington, Ill./University) led the Engineer offensive effort with two shots.  Junior Andy Kruth (Cedar Park, Texas/Vista Ridge) recorded a pair of saves on the night for Rose-Hulman.

DePauw improved to 10-4-1, while Rose-Hulman dropped to 11-5-1 on the campaign.

The Engineers close the regular season against Mount St. Joseph on Saturday and have secured the top seed for next week's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament.
