TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology football team will make its second trip abroad with a
trip to Italy from May 26-June 4, 2008.
The Engineers will spend nine days touring
various cities in Italy, with one game tentatively scheduled for
May 30. Rose-Hulman will play in either Venice or Florence
against a team to be determined.
Rose-Hulman football alumni, players, parents and
friends of the program are encouraged to join the trip
to Italy.

The team will also conduct several fund raising
activities over the next 18 months in order to help defray the
costs of the trip for players. The trip will include time
in Milan, Venice, Florence and Rome, along with several outlying
areas.
Rose-Hulman's football team previously completed
a trip to London and Paris in 2002 that included a victory over
the French National Team. Other recent foreign trips have
included baseball in Japan; basketball in England, Greece, Italy
and Japan; and volleyball in Italy.
